Project scope, timelines, deliverables, fees, and responsibilities are confirmed in an agreed proposal or service agreement. An enquiry or quote request does not create a contract by itself.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, content, and access needed to deliver a project. Delays in required materials or feedback may affect the agreed schedule.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of project work, source files, third-party assets, and client-provided materials are governed by the applicable project agreement. Third-party tools remain subject to their own licences.
